According to the Catechism of the Catholic Church, “Lay people also fulfill their prophetic mission by evangelization, ‘that is, the proclamation of Christ by word and the testimony of life.’ For lay people, ‘this evangelization . . . acquires a specific property and peculiar efficacy because it is accomplished in the ordinary circumstances of the world.'” (905)
We are each called to the work of evangelization, that is, to share our faith by living out a life of Christian holiness and speaking to others about salvation in Jesus Christ. You can use the training, methods, and tools that we provide to evangelize family, friends, co-workers, and random people in everyday life all on your own. You don’t need our permission! You have the graces necessary to share your faith by your baptism and Confirmation.
Confirmation “Gives us a special strength of the Holy Spirit to spread and defend the faith by word and action as true witnesses of Christ, to confess the name of Christ boldly, and never to be ashamed of the Cross.” (CCC 1303). In fact, the Catechism goes on to say: “The disciple of Christ must not only keep the faith and live on it, but also profess it, confidently bear witness to it, and spread it: ‘All however must be prepared to confess Christ before men and to follow him along the way of the Cross, amidst the persecutions which the Church never lacks.’ Service of and witness to the faith are necessary for salvation.” (CCC 1816)

Regional Missionaries are “super volunteers”. They have served as street evangelists and often as team leaders. They are leaders, coaches, and evangelists that have been trained at our leadership institute. They stand by ready to help. Click on “Regional Missionaries” in the menu bar to learn more.
Local Director of Teams
Local Directors of Teams are missionary staff that raise their own salary. Most got their start as regional missionaries and were ready to come on board with our team full time. They serve as liaisons between our teams and the local diocese, they plant and coach local teams, run training workshops, raise awareness about our ministry, and offer retreats and social events for our evangelists.
